Prices

Price are £40 per hour but if you pay for 10 sessions upfront you will get your sessions for £35ph. Payments to be made by cheque or cash at time of Consultation.

If you are not sure whether you want to make a commitment to 10 sessions and would like to try out the first 1 hour to see how it all works and how I can help you achieve your goals, you can pay just £35 for the first hour and decide after that whether you want to do more sessions.

What happens during the first session?

Normally your first session will be an hour and will include a Medical Consultation, Fitness testing, discussion on your goals and a brief training session depending on time left.  But if you do the one off £35 session to try out PT then the hour will be spent on a full training session and discussion of your goals.

What do I wear?

Wear loose comfortable clothing and track shoes. The Trainer will provide all the equipment needed for the session.

Where do sessions take place?

Training sessions can take place in the fresh air of a Park near to your house, at my house/garden or at the convenience of your Home. Wherever you prefer! Call us now to make your appointment.
